This policy is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA), South Africa.

Right to Return (CPA Compliance)

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Returns for Refund (Change of Mind)

For returns requested for reasons other than defect or error on our part:

• A R150 logistics fee and a 10% handling/administration fee will be deducted from the refund
• All items received, including promotional or complimentary items, must be returned

This is permitted under Section 20 of the CPA, which allows suppliers to recover reasonable costs for handling and logistics.

Exchanges

• A R150 logistics and handling fee applies
• Only one exchange per order is permitted
• Promotional or free items are not eligible for exchange
• Exchanges will be processed once the applicable fee is paid

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrect due to our error:

• Notify us within 7 days of receipt
• The item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Section 56 of the CPA
• No handling or logistics fees will apply in such cases

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection and approval
• Payment gateway processing times may vary (e.g. PayFast, Peach Payments, Pay Just Now)
• Additional banking details may be requested if required

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

• Opened, used, or tampered fragrance products
• Personal care items (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
• Sale or clearance items
